Properties in PEI in 2025 still managed to eke out an increase over 2024 by an average of 2.5%. Since December 2020, the increase is over 40%, it is over 100% since December 2018 and since December 2015, it is over 150%. And this is just market appreciation - this does include any capital investments you have done to your property as you have owned it - or sweat equity and love.
