As the client, you need to know that you can trust me and also know that I will be able to represent you in your purchase and sale. This interview is more for you to get a sense of me than the other way around.

Home Staging

Decorating a home for you to live in and decorating a home that will help someone else envision living in the space has two totally different purposes.
For example, staging principals encourage white linens for bedding. I cannot imagine living in a house with all white bedding (as it would not stay white for long).
Below is a house that I staged using a minimal budget and mostly items that the family already owned. They participated by repainting the main level of the house and completing a significant purge and prepacking of the house prior to listing.
